I’m rather excited to be bringing you this post today, I was desperate to be tagged in Christmas post and now I have! Whoop.
There’s a few rules in place for this post….
? Link back to the original tagger which is Kat over at Femenish
? Link back to the person who tagged you, in my case it was the lovely Zenobia
? Tag as many bloggers as you like
? Answer the questions, and even make up some of your own for other bloggers to answer. Question 15 is one I’ve added!
Let’s crack on with this Christmas tag then….
Personally I just love the build up to Christmas! Driving and seeing all the houses lit up, going into shops and their being gift sets galore. Christmas music playing everywhere. It’s just such a happy time for so many people. I feel people become a little more generous and thoughtful at this time of year
I don’t really have any Christmas traditions apart from the same one as everyone else and that’s putting out cookies, milk and a carrot for Santa
You can’t beat a bit of ‘Fairytale of New York’ by the Pogues. I have also been loving ‘I’ll be home’ by Megan Trainor
Hmm, this is a tricky one as it changes every year. I do love a bit of self, but doesn’t everyone? So I’m going to say a Bad Moms Christmas. It was such a laugh.
Easy, mince pies. Pop it in the microwave and serve with a blob of ice cream. Mmm…
While we’re on the topic, shout-out to Aldi for creating the most banging Black Forest Gateau mince pie, shame everyone loves them and they’re sold out!
Michael Bublé! I don’t associate Justin Bieber with Christmas at all. Michael is like a festive gem that comes out of hibernation once a year.
This is a tough one, my family are no longer altogether at Christmas because my parents have split up. So my ultimate memory is when I used to have all my family around me. Now my Christmas is split, which is still lovely. I’m very fortunate that I get to see everyone. However it’s not quite the same. So I cherish those days.
As early as possible, I mean this year we had our tree by the 29th November!
? 2000 miles – Pretenders
? Step into Christmas – Elton John
? Sleigh Ride – Fun
? Candy Cane Lane – Sia
? The Grinch
? The Nativity
? The Polar Express
Christmas means to me a time where families come together, share good food, play games and have a good laugh. So really just some quality time together which you wouldn’t normally get. Well definitely not in my family as we all work full time and have very busy lives.
I never stopped believing in Santa, I obviously know the big secret now but I just love the whole concept around it so didn’t ever want to stop believing!
This is such a good question. I think it’s yourself who makes it magical because you choose to get involved, you choose the share the love and enjoy the festivities so ultimately you make your Christmas. Saying that, it’s also the people around you. At work my colleagues have started wearing Christmas jumpers and that got me super excited.
14. Share your favourite photo from a previous Christmas
I have two photos to share. I just couldn’t choose between them. They’re the Christmas lights in my local Town. Every year the boats in the harbour get festive. This year they look even better!
15. What’s your favourite festivities chocolate?
Mine has to be Lindt. I know it’s an all year round chocolate but I never seem to eat it until Christmas and every year I remember how good it is.
Now I Tag you!
So that’s today post wrapped up, but fear not I’ll be back tomorrow for yet another merry post. Tomorrow you get to meet my pal ‘Hygge’
